As a Field Service Technician with TOMRA, you will be working amongst a team of people who share these values and are dedicated to making a positive impact.
- Maintain, service and repair TOMRA's pioneering reverse vending machine (RVM) installations and bulk processing equipment within your area of Tasmania to ensure maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Servicing and Maintaining Installed Equipment
- Servicing and maintaining installed equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Reporting and Fault Analysis
- Reporting on service assignments and faults to identify areas for improvement.
New Installation and Commissioning
- Installing kiosks and bulk processing equipment at new sites to meet customer needs.
Customer Interaction and Communication
- Providing excellent customer service to partners and members of the public.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:
- An Electrical / Electronic Trade Certificate III or Disconnect-Reconnect Certificate or Appliance/Mechanical Trade background or comparable experience on electrical/mechanical equipment.
- Previous experience with operating systems, installing software, networking, and mobile telecommunications.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities, especially in relation to mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
- Unrestricted driver's license and willingness to submit a full driving history record.
