Retail Store Manager Assistant

About the Role:
As a key member of our store team, you'll assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the store, stepping in to manage operations when needed. You'll also inspire and coach the in-store team, fostering their growth and development.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Coach and develop the in-store team, helping them to improve their skills and performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve revenue, working closely with the Store Manager to implement new strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, using your product knowledge and styling expertise to help customers find the perfect products.
- Manage new stock deliveries, ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including payroll, banking, and rostering.
