- Support with light domestic duties including meal preparations and cleaning">
- Transport participants to appointments and facilitate community outings">
- Arrange social activities with participants">
- Deliver individual support plans">
- Document services delivered, incidents and reports">

- Mental Health Certificate is Essential">
- Excellent work ethic and communication skills">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
- Fit, energetic, and enthusiastic individual with the ability to see potential in people">
- Experience in mental health, disability care, or aged care preferred">
- Willingsness to learn and adapt to different situations">
