Compensation Specialist

This role requires an experienced lawyer with a strong background in personal injury law, particularly those with experience in military or comparable personal injury schemes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day conduct of client matters, including preparation of matters for assessment, reconsideration and appeal.
Supported by a highly engaged and proficient administration team, you will be a key point of contact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on matters relevant to their legal claim.
- Interpret and apply relevant legislation to matters within the practice group.
- Consistently achieve favourable outcomes for client matters.
- Build and manage relationships with clients, including expectation setting, providing regular updates on strategy and matter progression.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal procedures, rules and regulations.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in personal injury law, particularly in military or comparable personal injury schemes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
