Senior Business Risk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled business unit risk manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for owning the implementation of the division's risk strategy and driving effective management and governance in the Operations division.
Key Responsibilities:- Support operational risk management activities in the business line, including RCSA, Incident Management, Issue Management, Controls Assurance, and Risk Governance.
- Drive implementation and changes to operational risk/resilience requirements to ensure robust management.
- Work with the unit to ensure that the control environment is effective and in line with the stated risk appetite.
- Demonstrate and cultivate a risk-aware culture in the business line.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with the frontline business and other functions across the division.
