Job Title: Administration & Enrolment Officer
We are seeking an organized and proactive professional with a passion for early childhood education to support the smooth operation of our childcare center.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite), a professional and approachable demeanor, experience in administration (childcare experience is a bonus), a valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one), and a friendly and compassionate attitude towards families and children.
This part-time role offers flexible hours, allowing for a great work-life balance. The successful applicant will be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment and have opportunities for professional development and career progression.

- Key Responsibilities:
- - Provide administrative support to the center director and team.
- - Manage office tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.
- - Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- - Be a friendly and professional first point of contact for families and visitors.
- - Assist with enrolment processes and ensure records are up to date.
