Flight Coordinator Needed

Experienced candidates are sought to coordinate travel arrangements for a global leader in the Iron Ore industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize flights and accommodation for team members based on site and Perth.
  • Assess flight and accommodation needs for projects and compare them against availability.
  • Collaborate with vendors to mobilize their teams to sites.
  • Ensure that vendor mobilization and demobilization of personnel aligns with project requirements and communicate discrepancies to project managers and planners.
  • Communicate total forecasted numbers for projects across departments with leaders and project managers regularly.
  • Maintain service contractors in SuccessFactors/Org Chart.
  • Provide project forecasting training as required by the department.
  • Attend project mobilization meetings as necessary.
  • Monitor incoming vendor flights and verify that bookings have been submitted accurately.
