Our company is seeking a Marketing Professional to join our team at one of our flagship venues located in the heart of Sydney's Central Business District. Nettlewood Group operates a collection of leading hospitality venues known for delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences, exceptional service, and engaging event offerings. This Sydney CBD venue is a popular destination for both locals and visitors, and we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to help elevate its brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across digital and traditional platforms
  • Coordinate with external suppliers to produce branded materials
  • Coordinate with event promoters to ensure effective campaign alignment and maximum event visibility
  • Plan and promote venue events, activations, and monthly specials
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and support key business objectives
  • Manage advertising budgets and identify new promotional opportunities
  • Build and maintain partnerships with influencers, community groups, and local businesses
  • Brief venue management and staff on upcoming events and promotions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and content creation skills
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms
