The primary goal of this role is to provide comprehensive educational support to students who require additional assistance in achieving their academic goals.
- Supporting teachers and individual students in the delivery of a tailored, innovative curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of each student.
To ensure a positive learning environment, the role involves implementing consistent behaviour management strategies within the classroom and playground, as well as fostering social skills and self-esteem through various educational methods.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and continuously improve the standard of service at the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted numeracy and literacy support to students, reinforcing behavioural expectations and goals through feedback and recognition systems.
- Provide guidance to teaching staff on developing and implementing effective educational strategies that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Assist in creating a welcoming school community where families are encouraged to participate in and contribute to their child's learning and development experience.
