This position is responsible for providing academic support to students, with the aim of enhancing their academic performance and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored learning plans to cater to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with educators to offer additional guidance and support to students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted strategies.
- Provide feedback to students, parents and educators on academic progress and achievements.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated expertise in relevant curriculum and ability to model effective teaching practices.
- Aptitude to implement high-impact teaching methods that address diverse student learning needs.
- Exceptional ability to monitor and evaluate student learning, and provide constructive feedback.
