This role involves providing high-quality, woman-centered maternity care in collaboration with individual women and a multidisciplinary healthcare team. About the Role- Deliver high-quality, woman-centered maternity care in partnership with individual women and the healthcare team.
- Support less experienced clinicians to achieve person-focused quality care.
- Utilize effective clinical communication through technology, written and verbal means, and interpersonal skills to interact with others in a professional manner.
The ideal candidate possesses current registration as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA and demonstrated competencies in caring for women and babies within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife.
- Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of caring for women and babies in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Able to supervise, delegate, and negotiate to deliver quality midwifery care with leadership potential and willingness to adapt to change.
