Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients during their entire journey, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their distinct business requirements and obstacles, and guaranteeing a high degree of client contentment while adeptly handling their expectations.
- Project Management: Direct consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with established objectives, collaborating with the PMO to formulate project plans, define scope, and allocate necessary resources, guiding and overseeing consultants, facilitating performance reviews and providing support and advice, and in partnership with the PMO, monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and executing suitable risk mitigation strategies.
- Strategic Analysis and Recommendations: Perform comprehensive analysis and assessments of client operations and processes, developing and delivering strategic recommendations customized to meet client requirements, and assisting clients with the implementation and execution of strategic plans.
- Team Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence among team members, providing coaching and opportunities for professional advancement to team members, performing performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven expertise in project management, highlighted by an exceptional history of expertly guiding complex projects to success.
- Technical Skills: A solid command of the Microsoft Office Suite, paired with hands-on experience using project management tools.
- Industry Certifications: Having relevant industry certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma will give you an edge in this role.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Adaptable and skilled at juggling various priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
