As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and be part of a global organization with limitless opportunities to thrive and achieve.
You will guide and support the team in providing outstanding guest welcoming and experiences. As a role model, you will share your expertise and continually inspire the team. You will ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include conducting guest arrivals and departures, as well as resolving and responding to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Our team is committed to delivering excellent service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support the team in providing exceptional customer experiences
- Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Conduct guest arrivals and departures
- Resolve and respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Extensive experience working within a hotel or resort environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Professional presentation essential
- Availability to work weekends if required
