Park Hyatt Sydney is recruiting for a professional to join our Front Office team.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering personalized service to guests ensuring a seamless experience.

This varied and dynamic role provides an opportunity to develop your professional career within a global hospitality company.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences during arrival and departure.
  • Process room reservations accurately and enter them into the computer system immediately.
  • Manage cashiering functions and verify arrival and departure details.
  • Arrange luggage handling and transportation as requested by guests.
  • Stay up-to-date with local knowledge on attractions, places of interest, restaurants, shopping areas etc.
  • Collaborate with other Front Office personnel to drive overall hotel success and guest satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to work under pressure.
  • Diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Opera is desirable.
  • Prerequisite knowledge of the Travel/Hotel industry is preferred.
