Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, maintaining store efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.

To succeed, you should ideally possess:

  • Retail management or leadership experience, delivering outstanding customer service and setting an example.
  • Strong leadership abilities, motivating and developing a high-performing team.
  • A willingness to learn all aspects of automotive retail.
  • Operational expertise in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
  • A commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and maintaining a safe workplace.
