Assistant Store Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team.

  • This is a key leadership role that involves supporting the Store Manager to drive sales growth, ensure smooth store operations, and foster a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. They should also be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT THE STORE MANAGER TO ACHIEVE SALES GOALS AND IMPROVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
  • LEAD BY EXAMPLE AND DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • MOTIVATE AND DEVELOP A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM
  • EARN 1 IN EVERY 3 WEEKENDS OFF FOR A HEALTHY WORK-LIFE BALANCE
  • PARTICIPATE IN TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES TO BUILD SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
