Join a high-performing team as a Senior Process Engineer and contribute to the planning and design of water and wastewater infrastructure.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage technical outcomes, and work with clients to define and deliver their water and wastewater system solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading process planning and design for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Managing and delivering technical outcomes, including investigation, analysis and design tasks.
  • Working with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Contributing to winning work and developing innovative offerings.
  • Managing time and resources to achieve financial targets within projects.
Requirements
  • A demonstrated understanding of the consulting engineering business.
  • Advanced written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues.
  • A relevant qualification in Science or Engineering recognized in Australia.
  • 6 to 15 years' experience on water/wastewater process projects.
  • Good attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high quality results within budget, quality and time constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective technical networks in both client organisations and inside professional services organisations.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual, with a strong ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A willingness and ability to lead junior team members and mentor graduate professionals.
