Salesforce Technical Architect

This pivotal role is a senior position within the DCX team, encompassing the design and creation of underlying data structures and data flows to support application builds for high-profile clients.

  • Guides the development team in using best practices for Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensures that projects or programs appropriately utilize Salesforce technical capabilities to solve business problems.
  • Liaises with client technical teams to understand architectures outside of Salesforce and any required integrations.
  • Provides guidance on best practices and better ways of achieving goals, communicating and presenting ideas to others.
  • Works in a team of talented technical Salesforce leaders, sharing support, guidance, and mentorship.
Key Qualifications
  • Deep technical knowledge in two or more Salesforce clouds, particularly Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong integration design skills, LWC, and Apex.
  • Working experience as a Technical Architect in a transformation program.
  • Proven experience managing development teams, onshore and offshore.
  • Demonstrated understanding of client business problems and ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions.
  • Practitioner-depth knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, including middleware, point-to-point, ETL.
  • Capability to communicate with stakeholders while managing their expectations.
  • DevOps experience, including use of DevOps tools such as git.
  • Ideal candidate is on the journey to becoming a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
