Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing professional to join our team. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing commercial and marketing advice, creating integrated campaigns and customer strategies, and meeting marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and promote our brand within the community
- Provide representation and advocacy for our organisation, its programs, and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Deliver strategic insights and market intelligence to inform executive and board-level decisions
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and multi-year marketing plans
- Manage customer journey, ticketing, and CRM systems
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing and customer service team
Requirements:
- Senior marketing professional experience
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for delivering audience-focused experiences
