Underground Geospatial Expert

This is a unique opportunity to join an enthusiastic and safety-conscious Mine Surveyor with experience in underground hard rock operations.
- We are seeking a skilled professional to implement technical services design work into the underground mine by providing accurate, reliable and timely spatial information.
- The successful candidate will establish and maintain all site survey underground control and provide direction and grade control for underground mining equipment.
- A key responsibility of this role is to compile and update survey memos and mine plans as required.
- In addition, the candidate will develop emergency plans compliant with all mining regulations.
- Another essential task is to prepare monthly volume reconciliations.
- Strong work ethics and a 'can do' attitude are essential for success in this role.
- Prior experience in underground mine surveying is highly desirable.
- An Authorised Grade 2 or 1 Mine Surveyor Certificate is required.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to contribute to team outcomes and support team members.
- A Manual Driver's License is also necessary.
