We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geospatial Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical expertise and assistance in supporting mining operations, specifically related to maintaining the underground model, executing mine design accurately, and reporting.

  • Assist in fulfilling all survey requirements for underground and surface mine operations while adhering to statutory, safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Gain proficiency in completing surface and underground survey tasks independently.
  • Aquire experience in end-of-month calculations and reporting.
  • Develop advanced CAD processing skills over time.
  • Perform calculations and fieldwork as required by senior professionals.
  • Maintain survey equipment, including proper storage and checks for damage.
  • Manage stock supplies and reordering when necessary.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Surveying.
  • Practical experience or vacation time is advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities with all operational levels.
  • A current and valid Manual Driver's Licence.
  • A recent National Police Clearance.
