We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our retail family at Adelaide Airport in a part-time capacity.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who want to deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead by example.

You will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team to meet service and sales targets, maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards, communicating clearly and respectfully with customers and team members, and bringing accountability, reliability, and positivity to every shift.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in a team leadership or supervisory position within a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting, as well as being a confident communicator and motivator. You will also require a passion for customer service and the ability to stay organised, focused, and cool under pressure.
