Service Technician - Sales

Our team is a leader in the design and development of special purpose equipment and machinery. We combine a passion for solving complex engineering challenges with unmatched expertise in supporting the manufacture of a wide and diverse industry base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate, plan and execute service maintenance and training activities for customers
  • Schedule service engineering team and be the first level of escalation for service engineering topics from other Service Engineers
  • Assist customers with identifying requirements and develop solutions
  • Promote the sale of spare parts equipment services and aftermarket support
  • Ensure that safety and quality standards are maintained
  • Manage parts installation testing and sales opportunities
Requirements
  • Technically-strong professional with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills
  • Electrical Connect Disconnect license up to 400Vac is highly desirable
  • Mechanical design using Solid works and Allen Bradley PLC experience
  • Strong background in mechanical engineering PLC software robot setup and general software experience
  • Previous experience with supervision of build and installation projects essential with experience in supervision of other trades and professional team members highly desired
