Digital Service Design Expert

Job Overview:
The Service Design Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping digital services by championing a user-centric approach.
Main Responsibilities:
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships, facilitating complex discussions and guiding collaborative processes to drive the delivery of digital services.
- Understand end-user cohorts and their needs, documenting personas and linking them to scenarios in our Dev/Ops tool.
- Create a User-Centred Design guidebook for development teams and provide process checks to ensure good practice is applied.
- Manage user research and end-user system testing.
- Evaluate existing user interfaces and simplify complex information, making it accessible to all users.
- Provide regular progress reports as directed.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in User Centred Design activities.
- A recent background in designing transformative digital services.
- Effective communication with both business and ICT personnel.
- Experience in designing digital business solutions using design systems, reactive web component development, OutSystems Platform-as-a-Service, Agile software delivery methodologies, and MS Dev/Ops would be highly regarded.
