Lifestyle Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing leisure and recreational programs for residents.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with Diversional Therapists to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised leisure and recreational programs for residents
  • Work closely with Diversional Therapists to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programs
  • Maintain open communication with the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, education)
  • Relevant experience in leisure and lifestyle service provision
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
