Job Description:

The Audit Manager for Retail Banking Services is a key member of our Group Audit and Assurance team. Our team provides independent and objective assurance of the effectiveness of our risk management, controls, and governance processes.

Retail Banking Services is our largest business, delivering a seamless banking experience to over 10 million customers. This role will focus on supporting the Senior Audit Manager and Executive Manager in delivering quality audits that ensure customer financial wellbeing.

As digital technology transforms industries and ways of working, we are committed to continually reimagining ourselves with the latest global best technology and innovation. This role will support the development and implementation of digital assurance technologies, including Artificial Intelligence.

This role will add value to the Group by:

  • Delivering professional and highly valued audit services
  • Providing objective assurance on risk management to key stakeholders
  • Identifying issues and commercial insights to improve customer banking experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Internal Audit or Credit Risk Management, focusing on Retail Banking. They will also possess strong analytical skills, internationally recognized risk or audit qualifications, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
