**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Online Poker Operations Director to lead our poker offerings and drive engagement within the online poker community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to maximize player participation and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Craft and implement an engaging poker tournament schedule to ensure maximum player participation and satisfaction.
  • Oversee ring game and sit-and-go offerings, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and maximizing player engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver new poker games and features in line with the overall product strategy.
  • Ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness of all poker-related content, including game rules and promotional materials.
  • Develop and execute marketing actions to drive player acquisition and retention.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in online poker industry, with a focus on poker room and product management.
  • A strong understanding of online poker products, particularly social poker.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategy, driving commercial success against KPIs and targets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Previous experience in management, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
