Job Description

Join a high-performing team of Industrial & Logistics professionals based in our Chadstone office. This is a unique opportunity to enhance your earning potential, grow your market presence, and establish yourself as a key player in a competitive and dynamic industry.

With a solid foundation in commercial sales and/or leasing, you will be empowered with the autonomy, resources, and strategic support necessary to deliver exceptional results. Our platform offers access to best-in-class tools, systems, and infrastructure—widely regarded as the benchmark in the industry.

As an Industrial Sales & Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for managing the sale and lease of commercial properties across Melbourne's East and South-East regions. Your role will involve cultivating and maintaining a robust network of professional relationships, while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate:

  • Experience ideally in commercial real estate either as a Sales & Leasing Executive, Analyst or Property Manager
  • A commercially astute and entrepreneurial mindset
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence
  • Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm in a client-facing environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • A current Real Estate License
