We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Cafe All Rounder.

As a key member of our cafe staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality products.

No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation and safety at all times
  • Working effectively in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives

This is a part-time position, approximately 20-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with weekend availability. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, self-starting, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Relocation to the Southern Highlands area of New South Wales is preferred. However, we encourage applications from motivated individuals who are willing to relocate or commute to our location.
