We are seeking a Junior Cafe Staff to join our vibrant USU community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure the highest quality experience for our customers.
Job Responsibilities:Customer Service: Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business is our top priority.
Barista Duties: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, supporting each other in delivering excellent service.
Requirements:- At least 6 months' demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Experience using a POS system in a food and beverage environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Free USU Rewards membership worth up to $150.
- Daily meal allowance/discounts at all USU F&B and Retail outlets (working over 5 hours).
- Flexible hours Monday to Friday for better work-life balance.

- Two days of paid training.
$31.40 per hour + 12% Superannuation.
Up to 38 casual hours available during the semester period.
