Key Responsibilities- Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business issues and technical challenges to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with key stakeholders to understand their objectives and develop technical requirements that meet their needs.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and actionable.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical stakeholders to design solutions that meet business requirements and are aligned with our company's goals.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate and assist with User Acceptance Testing to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are of high quality.
- Change Management: Support change management activities, including developing user support guidelines and documentation to ensure that processes are followed correctly and data integrity is maintained.
- Agile Methodology: Contribute to the assessment of integrating third-party applications into existing systems and support the Delivery Lead in conducting Agile rituals effectively.
- Business Process Analysis: Strong skills in business process analysis and mapping, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce Administration and a strong understanding of SDLC within an Agile environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, operate autonomously with little direction, and see the big picture.
- Initiative: Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and an ability to work under pressure.
