This is a challenging and rewarding role for a registered nurse to join our night duty team at Langwarrin Community Aged Care.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced and qualified nurses to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care needs of our residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive holistic and person-centered care that meets their physical, social, and emotional needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated experience in aged care or a related field
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement care plans in accordance with individualized care plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Physical ability to perform duties associated with the role
