We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team, providing expert care and support to our residents.

About the Role:
  • Provide holistic care and support to residents with complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cover all aspects of nursing duties, including medication administration, wound care, and health education.
Requirements:
  • A current AHPRA registration (Nursing) is required for this role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in aged care, hospitals, or community care settings is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
