Job Title:
  Director of Valuations

About the Role:
  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive the growth and development of our Residential Valuations team. As Director, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the function, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional results across a portfolio of clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead and manage a team of 100 professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior leaders, to build trust, foster collaboration, and drive results.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, technology enhancements, and talent development.
  5. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance and contributions.


You'll Be Successful If:
  You have a proven track record of leadership experience, with a strong background in valuations, property, banking, or related professional services.
