As Director of Residential Valuations in NSW, join a business at a pivotal time of transformation.
With private equity backing and major client wins already secured, this is a leadership role where you'll define what the residential valuations function looks like for the next decade.
This isn't about simply managing the status quo.
The business has just won the ANZ tender, is driving significant change across systems and leadership, and is looking for a commercially minded Director to set direction, elevate capability, and lead performance.
The Role
You'll sit at the table with the Managing Director of Residential Valuations and take responsibility for shaping and leading a team of 100 across NSW & ACT.
While a valuations background is useful, the real priority is leadership, growth mindset, and commercial acumen.
Build the structure, culture and performance framework of the residential valuations function
Lead client relationships with banks, lawyers, and accounting firms
Ensure delivery excellence and consistency across a high-volume, high-profile portfolio
Drive commercial outcomes with a private equity growth lens
Implement change and modernisation across systems, tech and team performance
Mentor senior managers and set clear pathways for team development

You'll work closely with a high-calibre leadership team including the MD of Residential Valuations.

What You'll Bring
Proven leadership experience (valuations, property, banking or related professional services)
Strong client relationship skills across financial institutions, legal and accounting sectors
Commercial mindset with experience in performance management and strategy
