Private Client Solicitor - Locum Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Locum Solicitor to join our Private Client Department at ENL Legal. As a Locum Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a caseload of Wills and LPAs with a high level of client care and attention to detail.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, handling your own caseload effectively.
  • Provide high-quality service to clients at all times, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Private Client Department to ensure seamless caseload progression.
  • Adhere to the firm's policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Private Client law.
  • Strong knowledge of Wills and LPAs, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
