Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team on a locum basis. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of Wills and LPAs for our clients, providing high-quality service and ensuring client care at all times.
- Work independently, handling your own caseload effectively with minimal supervision.
- Provide support to the Private Client Department, working closely with the Head of Department and other team members as needed.
- Ensure the continuity of caseload progression during the assignment, hitting the ground running and making a seamless transition.
- Provide high-level client care and service to clients at all times, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience as a Private Client Solicitor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of client care and service.
- Ability to hit the ground running and make a seamless transition.
