Job Title: Community Dietitian

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified dietitian to join our team in providing health services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based nutrition advice, promoting healthy lifestyles, and working collaboratively with clients to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored nutrition plans to improve client health outcomes
  • Provide contemporary evidence-based nutrition advice to clients
  • Work closely with clients to identify and address their nutritional needs
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
  • Contribute to the development of program initiatives and projects

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics from a recognized tertiary institution
  • Current driver's license
  • Current Blue Card for suitability to work with children and young people
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination
