Senior Planning Manager - Infrastructure Delivery


Job Description:

Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge planning and scheduling solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive master schedules for complex portfolios with shifting priorities.
  • Collaborate with project teams to design a schedule that enables easy data extraction and reporting.
  • Provide short, medium, and long-term activity views to inform sequencing, resourcing, and priorities for stakeholders.
  • Identify critical paths, inter-dependencies, and efficiency opportunities to optimize resource allocation and procurement.

Requirements:

Heavy experience in infrastructure construction and maintenance planning in multi-site environments is essential.

  • Expertise in program planning software for master and sub-project plans, including critical path analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • High computer literacy and strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills for collaboration.
  • Proven senior leadership and self-starter abilities to collaborate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.

About This Role:

This is a mid-senior level position requiring heavy-hitting experience in infrastructure construction and maintenance planning in multi-site environments and mastery of program planning software.
