About this Role:
The B737 simulator instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality training to clients in compliance with regulatory standards. The instructor will conduct training activities in accordance with established procedures and ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training duties in accordance with FSI job description
- Follow applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Recommend revisions to SOPs where necessary
- Assist with preparation of courseware and training materials
- Monitor progress of clients/students and develop action plans as required
- Promote improvements and enhancements to processes and documentation
- Participate in Progress Review Boards and provide recommendations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1000 hours pilot-in-command experience on a multi-crew jet transport
- Hold valid Simulator Instructor Rating or equivalent rating/certification
- Previous experience as a simulator instructor/type rating instructor
- Previous experience in airline/ATO training
- Hold ICAO-recognized ATPL/CPL/MPL with minimum ICAO English level 5
- Knowledge and experience of AQP/EBT/CBTA/IEC
- Knowledge of civil aviation regulations governing civil aviation training
