Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum

Job Description

The Business Solutions Consultant will provide analytical support to the organisation, focusing on the Automotive division. Key responsibilities include maintaining and uplifting existing reporting, creating new reporting, and ad-hoc analyses. The role may also require strategic initiatives such as identifying and recommending process improvements.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide support on a wide range of initiatives as required by the Head of Product and CEO Automotive.
  • Map and review business processes, identifying possible process improvements and assisting with implementation.
  • Produce analysis, reporting, and presentations to support the Automotive division.
  • Assist in developing business cases and papers by the Product team.
  • Effectively communicate and manage expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated time and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability and confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business analysis experience in a medium to large organisation.
  • SQL programming experience is highly desirable.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a technical or business-related discipline (preferred).
