We are seeking an experienced Lead UI Developer to join our team in Melbourne.
The Job:
- Work with the lead engineer to develop cutting-edge user interfaces for sports titles.
- Collaborate with designers to create seamless user experiences.
- Create and maintain technical design documents.
- Self-manage programming tasks and coordinate with the production team.
- Review and optimize user interface performance and resource utilization.
You:
- Have shipped at least 1 game as a UI developer on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, 360, PC, or MacOS.
- Are proficient in C++ and have experience with scripting languages (Lua, Python).
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- Can work effectively with designers and artists to implement the game vision.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus Points:
- Have 2+ years of programming experience.
- Have experience working on current-generation consoles (PS4, Xbox One).
- Have knowledge of NoesisGUI and other UI development tools.

This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality user interfaces.
