About this Role

Expert Architecture and Building Design Professionals are sought after to take on the challenge of developing designs into detailed documentation for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Key responsibilities include executing amendments to documentation efficiently, supporting project delivery across various stages, ensuring compliance with state and local planning controls, collaborating effectively with stakeholders, and attending meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop design concepts into detailed documentation.
  • Efficiently execute changes to documentation.
  • Support project delivery across Concept/DA/CC/CDC stages.
  • Ensure project compliance with State and Local Planning Controls.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate experience in architecture or building design.
  • Proficiency with REVIT software.
  • Sound understanding of State and Local Planning Controls.
  • Australian qualifications in Architecture or Building Design.
