The Business and Tax Advisory team supports clients in managing compliance and planning for continued business success and growth. We deliver innovative solutions, big-picture perspectives, and acute insights to help clients make informed decisions.

Job Overview

With continued growth, we are seeking a Strategic Tax and Business Advisor to join our Business & Tax team in Wollongong.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide tax and accounting advice and solutions to a diverse portfolio of small to medium-sized entities, family and privately owned businesses, trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and small listed entities.
  • Further develop your technical expertise across services including tax and accounting compliance and business/tax advisory work for middle market clients.
  • Play a key role across the full scope of client engagements, including regular client contact and attending client presentations and meetings with senior leaders.
  • Develop into a mentor to assist other less experienced team members and encourage their continued professional development.

What We Offer

We will consider those who are either mid-way through or have completed their CA/CPA program, or equivalent.

KPMG offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including flexible hours, paid parental leave, career breaks, and exciting perks like retail discounts and health and wellbeing initiatives.
