The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing key wellbeing policies and programs, including the Student Engagement & Wellbeing policy, Child Safe Policies and Mandatory Reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of the college student management policy and processes.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the Buckley Park College Attendance Strategy.
  • Manage the process and supports for VIT Full Registration.
  • Chair the college Student Wellbeing and Engagement Leaders Executive.
  • Actively engage and action relevant DET and Regional initiatives.
  • Lead the College's Wellbeing Team to develop and implement a consistent Tier 1, 2 and 3 approach to Student Management/Wellbeing across the college.
Requirements:
  • Teachers currently registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and qualified to teach and/or have demonstrated experience in the curriculum area(s) specified for the position.
