About the Role

The Engineering Systems Manager is a critical position within the APS, responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical expertise to the Navy Aviation System Program Office (NASPO). As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the planning, management, and development of the NASPO Engineering Management System (EMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Aviation Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and services in the areas of engineering and technical activities associated with 21J, CAMO, and MTCH obligations, as well as general CASG quality requirements.
  • EMS Optimization: Lead the optimization of the NASPO EMS to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Outcome-Focused EMS Development: Develop an outcome-focused EMS that maximizes DASR flexibility and supports the achievement of key objectives.
