Key Role in Our Organisation

The Human Resources Business Partner plays a vital role in our organisation, providing expert guidance and advice to teams.

You will work alongside other HR Business Partners across Australia, collaborating closely with the recruitment team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Holds a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field;
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Partnering role;
  • Demonstrated expertise in investigations, case management and award interpretation in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaboration and influencing others in diverse contexts;
  • Knowledge of or interest in the community services sector, which is highly valued.
Benefits

This is a full-time ongoing position based primarily at our ACT Office in Belconnen.

The successful candidate will need to work a minimum of three days per week from the office and may be required to travel for meetings and training.
