Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Unit (MMU) Operator to join our North Surface Coal Team in Central Queensland.

  • The successful candidate will operate the MMU vehicle to pump explosive product into pre-drilled blast holes on customer sites.
  • They will work on a Drive-in Drive-out (DIDO) roster, typically working 7 days on followed by 7 days off.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operate the MMU vehicle and associated blasting plant and machinery.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Deliver explosive products down pre-drilled blast holes on the bench.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent service to valued customers.
  • Conduct daily administration and engage with customers.
