Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Tutor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide personalized one-on-one tutoring sessions to students at a school level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective teaching strategies to address individual learning needs
  • Assess students' progress and adjust tutoring techniques accordingly
  • Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment
  • Communicate with parents/guardians to provide updates on students' performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a positive team culture

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A High School Certificate
  • Commendable Year 12 grades
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, flexible, and able to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles
  • A passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in tutoring
  • Current or past university student
