Senior Scouting Manager

As Senior Scouting Manager, you will lead our scouting efforts in Australia, identifying top founders and their innovative ideas. You will assess prospective founders through interviews and applications, build relationships across universities, founder networks, accelerators, and online channels, and provide advice to founders during residency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional experience in GTM/Sales, ideally in a startup or as a founder. They should be plugged into the Sydney tech/startup community, have a confident personality, and be highly organised and proactive.

This role offers a unique opportunity to break into venture capital and gain exposure to exciting early-stage startups. You will work alongside outstanding founders, build your network, sharpen your investment instincts, and fast-track your career in VC.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead scouting efforts in Australia to find top founders and their innovative ideas
